About Lalitha Farms
Lalitha Farms sells seasonal mangoes and farm products directly from our farm. Product availability depends on harvest, ripening stage, weather, and stock.
Orders and Availability
Orders are accepted based on available stock. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to suggest a replacement, revised delivery timeline, or refund where applicable.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and may change based on season, variety, quality, and stock. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Lalitha Farms does not store your card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials.
Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate name, phone number, address, pincode, and any other details required for delivery. Lalitha Farms is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Fresh Produce Disclaimer
Mangoes are natural fruits. Size, color, sweetness, aroma, skin marks, and ripening may vary by variety, harvest batch, and transport conditions. Minor natural variation is not treated as a defect.
Misuse and Order Rejection
We may cancel or reject orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, placed with incorrect information, or outside practical delivery limits.
